Using SOS, VSS

I have already got a VSS setup on the intranet. but for the client,want to setup a SOS. can i link my local files to both the SourceSafes at the same time.in such a way that checking out one file will trigger checking out at both the places and checking in wil do the same on both the places.

Or what are the other solutions available ?

I'm a little unclear about what you mean by "both SourceSafes." Are you trying to synchronize two SourceSafe databases?

SOS isn't able to do that. However, both you and your remote user can use the same VSS database to check out files, etc. You can can still use a VSS client and they can use SOS. You'll see each others checkouts.
