Howto purchase a free upgrade

Hello supportteam,
hence we want to update our Vault Pro. 5.1.2.19283 to current Version 6, I tried to follow the instructions to get a new license key described on http://www.sourcegear.com/vault/downloads.html:

To claim your new license key log in to the SourceGear Customer Service Portal, select “Purchase,” and add your free upgrade to your cart.

In your shop I added Quantity 1 for Vault Professional 6.0 to cart but it seems the cart is charging me the regular price für single lincense. Please tell me what I need to do get a free upgrade.
