Vault Standard server Website not working after 6.1 upgrade

Post by prose » Wed Mar 13, 2013 11:28 am

I recently upgraded my Vault Standard server and clients from 6.0 to 6.1. The install went smoothly with barely any trouble and the users were immediately able to get back in and work checking filed in and out. However now I just went to the website to do some administrative stuff and it looks like most of the functionality of the website is dead. To many things to list but I'll try. 1) when I select a repository it does not show up, in fact it appears that nothing happens at all, no post back to the server. 2) Over on the Admin tab, all the links under Server Settings are also dead. I click on them and nothing happens, not even a post to the server.

I have not noticed any errors.

Any ideas what the problem is here?
Thanks, Paul Rose

Have you added the website to the list of trusted sites in your web browser?

Is javascript enabled?

Re: Vault Standard Website not working after upgrading to IE

I have narrowed down the problem to being specifically related to IE 10. I tried FireFox and things work fine. I will post back again when I find the specific problem.

No, I can't get it to work in IE 10 and I have been playing with all the settings that I can, trusted site, security level, javascript is enabled. At this point I can only say I'll be switching to FireFox when I need to access the server website.

javascript error: '__doPostBack' is undefined
