Hi Gang,
I'll start out by saying that I don't think this is a problem with Vault. But not being an internet/network expert, I don't know where else to turn.
Until a few weeks ago, all was well with Vault. The server is installed on my workstation at home. I could reach it from my laptop either at home via WiFi, or at my clients over internet.
Then one day, I found I couldn't log in from a client. I found that I can log in from the client of my workstation and I can log in on the WiFi at home. I can't get it to respond remotely.
My MS remote desktop feature has also quit working, and my weather station link to Weather Underground also has stopped working.
I asked for the folks at TZO, my DDNS service, to help, and they verified that their stuff is working. I even sprang for a new Cisco WiFi router (My previous one was pretty old) that didn't help. I printed out the configuration settings of the old one and set the new one up much the same way.
My firewall software is Norton 360. That is installed on each computer behind the router.
Right now, I'm sneaker-netting my software revs to the workstation with a flash drive.
I'm stuck and would greatly appreciate it if someone would try to help.
thanks in advance, for any help,
Roger

Re: Lost Internet connection
Check your public IP address on your router. If you are paying for normal home service, then your IP address is leased and could change.
