GetByRegexToNonWorkingFolder

yes the api again

I am having problems with the GetByRegexToNonWorkingFolder call

Essentially was a command call that will get all files and subfiles/folders to a specific folder without any extra tracking info etc so no _sgbak or _sgvault folders.
