Notifying users other than Assigned and Resolver

Is it possible for users to say "I want to be notified when this item changes" even if they aren't the resolver or assignee? Basically a way to subscribe to particular items.

They wouldn't want emails on all items in the project, just a select few.

Not yet, but this is a high priority item scheduled for Vault 7, due out next year. If it's implemented, users will be able to subscribe to a particular bug or task.

We don't have a release date as yet. There will be a roadmap early next year with more details.
