You can adjust your duplex settings in Control Panel->System->Device Manager->Network Adapters
Right click on your network adapter and choose Properties. In the Properties dialog, go to the Advanced tab and change the Link Speed & Duplex setting. For a first try, adjust the value to the slowest value with half duplex. If the problem continues, give me an email with your phone number and we'll continue over the phone.

The problem continues
Dear jeremy_sg
The problem continues.
(Actually I use Auto mode by defaut. Please see other mode in the attachment)
Please notice that the hardware connection between my computer and computer with Vault server contains the following steps:
1. Connection from my computer to ISA server using my network card.
2. Connection from ISA server to our internet provider using permanent connection (this connection (~1 MB) is SLOWER than my connection to ISA server in any case)
3. Connection from the internet provider to server on the second network
4. Connection from the server to vault server

I guess your time zone is very different to my one (+3 GMT), hence I have enabled my email, so you can contact to my email if you have specific questions.
Anyway I wonder why Vault cannot be fixed with
"using several requests instead of a large request"
so I expect:
1. The nearest Vault release will give proper error message if files are not downloaded.
2. Some future Vault release will contain the fix for the problem.
Do you agree?

Investigating this with Yuri, we determined that some network component between the client computer and the ISA server was probably causing the problem that he was seeing. Connecting from the ISA server itself worked fine. Regardless of the cause of Yuri's specific error, Vault 3.0 will bring up a dialog when the download fails in the way that he was seeing.
