Hello, I am new to administrating SourceGear Vault for group of developers. They right click on folder under repository and select "Show Labels". Under there is a list of folders and on some they can right click and see option to "Share" or "Branch" but on others these options are not avail. Could anyone help explain why this is and how to make it available to them?
This is for Vault Client Standard version 5.1.1 (19215) running on Windows 7 Professional.

Share and Branch are not available if a label has been changed.
You can change the contents of a label with Label Promotion. For instance when you Show labels, then right-click on a label, you can select Promotion. This allows you to add a file, delete a file, or change the version of a file in the label.
Once you change or "promote" the label, it no longer corresponds to a specific folder version in Vault, and the promoted label can no longer be shared or branched.
If this doesn't appear to be the issue, let me know.
