Howzit,
Have set the SOS server service to Automatic start in Win2000 service manager, but the service does not start on system startup any ideas?
SourceOffSite Server does not start automatically

Sometimes the necessary network paths are not in place at the time the SOS Server is starting up. The SOS Server needs to be able to access the VSS database(s) for a successful startup.
In SOS 4.0.2 you can set a delay for the SOS Server to give time for paths to be established.
This configuration is in the SOS Server Manager under Optional->Startup.
