Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Post by btd » Tue Nov 20, 2012 10:14 am

Today, when I logon to the Vault Admin tool I am seeing the subject error message when I ever I try and expand Groups, Repository Access, Folder Security, UnDo Checkouts, etc.

Funny but the Rebind Projects does work!

Note: I am on Vault Version 5.1.1.19215

Thanks

BTD

PS it worked last week.

Did something change on your server machine? Was there a Windows update, etc.?

The first thing I would do is try restarting the Vault server. Run iisreset from a command prompt on the server machine. There may be cached information that's out of sync with the database.
