IMPORT ENCRYPTION KEY option is unresponsive

Just installed SOS on a Windows XP machine. Trying to import the encryption keys (.iky) supplied by our source code admin. But when I select the IMPORT ENCRYPTION KEY option, it does nothing. All other options and features are responsive. Is there something that might have this feature disabled? Running SOS v 4.0.2

Check your version under Help->About. It's possible you have the Standard Edition of the SOS Client, which doesn't support encryption. You can download SOS Professional Edition with encryption from our website.
