Error starting SOS 4.02

I installed SOS and I can not start it, when I try to start it from Services I get following message box:


and Event Log entry:
Service cannot be started. System.ArgumentException: Illegal characters in path.
at System.IO.Path.Combine(String path1, String path2)
at ClassicService.Server.Startup(String[] args)
at ClassicService.ClassicService.OnStart(String[] args)
at System.ServiceProcess.ServiceBase.ServiceQueuedMainCallback(Object state)
