Admin user can't be edited

Post by scaiferw » Thu Sep 27, 2012 2:35 pm

I have a user "admin" blocking one of my licenses. I'm tapped out on licences, and need to free this up for a user.

My total active users are 100, same as my licences. Going into the admin account, which was set up by a consultant who is no longer here, I can't modify it or even set it as inactive.

Can you tell me what I need to do?

Thanks,

Rob

Vault has a built in Admin account for administrative functions in Vault. It does not take up a license. It can't be deactivated or deleted.

Is it possible this is what you're seeing, rather than something set up by a consultant?
