can't apply diffences in show diffences in Vault Client

When I show differences in Vault CLient, I can't apply the difference to target
I can do this, If I do it in the stand-alone diffmerge

By default, Vault treats the files in the Diff windows as read-only.

You can change this configuration in the Vault GUI Client under Tools->Options->Diff/Merge->Diff Arguments

Remove the /ro1 /ro2 arguments, which are for Read-Only.

Note that if you diff against a repository version, you can only move changes into the working copy. You can't update the repository from the Diff tool.
