Diff of label not working

I want to do a directory diff of all the files on a particular label with the files in a particular path. However, nothing is coming up (and I know there are differences). The label is on the $ level. Here's the steps I'm following:

1. In the Vault GUI, I right-click on $ and choose "Show Labels"
2. I right-click on the label in question and choose "Diff $"
3. In the dialog, for "Compare the label's contents to:" I select "Any local folder/file" and select the path to the files.
4. I click OK and I get an empty "Show Folder Differences" dialog:



I would expect to see a long list of files that are different, etc.

Is the problem just with this label or other labels as well?

We'd like to see a copy of the Vault Server log during the time you diffed the label.

Unfortunately I don't have any other labels to try. I have sent you a log.

We worked with this customer offline. There were problems getting some of the files in the labels. The next step is to try to get individual folders by label, rather than the entire label from root.
