I am evaluating Vault, and had the following questions:
1. As long as I have the .NET 1.1 runtime on my machine, there should be no issues with using Vault for source control with .NET 1.0 right? I havent actually tried it yet because all i have is 1.1 on my home machine, but our machines at work all are running .NET 1.0 IDE and also have the .NET 1.1 runtime.
2. I noticed in the .NET IDE, when a lengthy Vault operation is going on, like when initially adding a project, that the status bar will indicate the status, but the cursor is still a regular pointer and not an hourglass. Is that something you control or that .NET controls. The reason i bring it up, is that when i used SourceSafe and a big operation occurs, the cursor changes to an hourglass. If that is something Vault can control, i would like to make the suggestion that the cursor change to help tell the user something is going on.

As long as the .Net framework 1.1 is on the machine, Vault should work properly. If you are using VS 2002, it requires a special build of Vault to run, but otherwise, you should be fine.
We will have to check into whether the cursor changing is under our control. I'll add it to issues database - thanks for the report.
