Peridically when initially connecting with SOS, SOS gets to the point of logging in and then hangs. I believe that most of the time the hang occurs when VS.Net is running and I attempt to bring up SOS.
It is not consistent. The one thing I have noticed in the log file is the following message:
310: Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array
It is difficult to determine if the two coincide.
Thanks

If you are making two connections to the SOS Server, you could be experiencing a concurrency crash. See this KB article for more information:

SOS 402 Hangs
We are using 6.0d and the registry setting is set to Both as described in the documents. The registry setting has been set to both for some time now and the problem is still occuring.
The next time you experience the hang, could you email me a copy of the SOS Server log file? It's log.txt and is in the SOS Server directory.
You probably should enable verbose logging, since that would provide more information:

Email to myname@sourcegear.com, with myname being Linda. Please reference this post.
