Can't Merge file from inside Eclipse

Whenever we encounter a file in Eclipse that needs merging, we're not able to do the actual merge from inside Eclipse. We're able to "show merge" and can even copy the changes over from one file to the next, but when we try to save the changes nothing happens. The file doesn't save, even when closing the merge view and it prompts you to save, it still doesn't save the file.

I'm running 64 bit Eclipse on Windows 7 64 bit, and Fortress version 2.0.3.18802.

This should work. We'll test things out here and see if we can reproduce it.

We've been able to reproduce this, and it's a bug. I've logged work item 15511 to address this, and we hope to address it in a future release.

Any updates on this issue. we still can't merge or even when showing a diff and copying from one side to the next when we click Save nothing happens. Not even an error in the Eclipse log.
