This does not seem to be an issue (at least so far) but I am wondering why some of my repositories show a negative number of files. Please see attached for an example.

That won't cause a problem with functionality. What I think is causing it is when shared files are deleted. If you need to know those numbers, try the Vault admin web page. Expand the repository name and click the Statistics link.
