Hi,
I tried to install latest version 3.3.2 (DiffMerge_3.3.2.1139_x64.msi) on windows 2003 server (x64). when I install it prompts "This is the 64-bit installer. The 64-bit version of DiffMerge supports only 64-bit Windows Vista and later." and then skipped to last step showing "Setup wizard ended prematurely".
and i tried the x86 version, it prompts me to install x64 version.
May I confirm whether DiffMerge could be installed on Windows 2003? thanks

I've reproduced what you are seeing. I'm going to a little more digging and will post back.

Re: Failed to install on windows 2003 server x64
Sorry for the confusion. The 64-bit version of the installer requires Vista or later.
(Our system requirements page needs to be updated.)
We haven't actually tested the 64-bit version on Windows 2003 Server x64.
The 32-bit installer is restricted to 32-bit systems because it tries to install
the Windows Explorer Shell Extension and it needs to match the OS bit-ness.
Sorry.
Since most of the reasons for the newer system requirements have to do
with the installer and the various changes to the system registry and the
shell extension, you could try getting the 32-bit or 64-bit .ZIP file and just
use the program directly without the installer.
