An item with the same name or object id already exists

I am doing development of a Web Application Project (WAP) with two other developers. We each use different working folders on our own computers. I am trying to check the code in but I keep getting the message "An item with the same name or object id already exists in the selected folder." I have deleted the entire solution from Vault and cannot re-add it because this message keeps popping up, but it doesn't tell me which file(s) it is complaining about. How do I resolve this?

If you open a web browser and go to the Vault web client, can you see the code for your project? The URL for the web client is (http:\\<your Vault server>\vaultservice). If it's there, that's fine for now.

Are you using Vault integrated with an IDE or by itself?
