Feature Request: Treat Visual Studio Cut & Paste as Move

Drag-and-drop moving a file in Visual Studio is recognized by the SourceGear Vault integration as a 'Move'; however, a cut & paste isn't. Can you add this feature?

Cut and paste appears to be handled as a Delete, then Add.

I've logged feature request 16031 for this functionality. It will be evaluated for an upcoming release of Vault. It may depend on how the Visual Studio integration api handles this.
