My company has just started using SourceOffSite and we're having some issues using the program. One of our computers can't login and looking at the log we see this:

9/8/2004 10:25:32 AM - Connection accepted from 208.57.120.185:1971 on local address 64.41.101.209:8080, session id is 23.
9/8/2004 10:25:32 AM - 23: Enter Authorized()
9/8/2004 10:25:32 AM - 23: Connection from: ord-cust-208.57.120.185.mpowercom.net (208.57.120.185)
9/8/2004 10:25:32 AM - 23: Preparing to send the list of databases...
9/8/2004 10:25:32 AM - 23: Sending the challenge to the client.
9/8/2004 10:25:32 AM - 23: Sending the challenge message body to the client.
9/8/2004 10:25:32 AM - 23: Waiting for the client's response...
9/8/2004 10:25:50 AM - 23: Reviewing the client's response...
9/8/2004 10:25:50 AM - 23: Enter KillConnection()
9/8/2004 10:25:50 AM - 23: User disconnected from ord-cust-208.57.120.185.mpowercom.net.
9/8/2004 10:25:50 AM - 23 - Exit KillConnection()

What is wrong?

What error message does the client display?

Also, it may help to enable verbose logging on the server to see if it provides more insight into the problem. This article explains how to set the logging level of the server:

The error message is simply "unable to connect to the server". I'll turn on verbose logging and try again.
