Post commit command

Is there an API or config that would have the server run some sort of command/script after a commit is completed? I am looking to integrate Vault with my issue tracker and could use a post commit action handler to do it.

You could use the client API to write something. That API is available with the regular Vault downloads. Inside the zip file is a file with the documentation, and there is a forum area devoted to API development here: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewforum.php?f=39.
