Vault Standard Version 5.1.1 (19215)
I am trying to upload some help files. The files with .msha or .mshc extensions will not upload. Every other file will work just fine. I tried adding all of them into a zip file but that will not upload either. The message says "The server had an error processing the file upload but did not return an error header. The remote server returned an error (404) Not Found"
What can I do to upload these files ?
Thanks
Lauren

Re: Cannot upload file type
What are the size of the files?
What happens if you try to add just one small file? Does that upload?

Re: Cannot upload file type
The first thing you might try is Chunked Encoding. That is set in the Vault Tools - Options - Network Settings. Let me know your results after trying that.
