Hello,
We are in the process of switching from Vault Standard to Vault Professional. Currently we have anywhere from 3 to 5 solutions that are accessed on a daily basis by developers who are making changes to various branches and trunks.
Question: Is there any process that I can use to convert these solutions to Vault Professional without having to download the solution and rebind to vault? This process seems very tedious and runs the risk of losing items that may be in vault but not apart of the solution.
Any help/input on steps to easily complete this process would be very useful.
Thanks,
Adam

Re: Switching from Vault Standard to Vault Professional
We have some tools for unbinding from VSS and rebinding to Vault's enhanced client, but not from Vault enhanced to VaultPro enhanced.
Your best best is for one person to unbind and rebind each project, then check in the changes to Vault.
The other developers would then do a GET of the rebound project and then just work as before. I don't know that you'd lose any files -- rebinding mostly affects solution and project files.
Let me know if you have additional questions.
