Installing Vault on multiple Servers using same db

I have demo'd Vault for the past week on one of our dev-servers.

it has worked great on dev-server1

This morning I installed it on dev-server2 and used the existing database and everything worked great, I had 2 seperate repositories and everything worked fine

I just installed it on dev-server3, when asked if I wanted to keep the existing database I got the following error (attached)

I think that maybe I typed in the wrong user info for the impersonation? But then it shouldn't have been able to update the db.....

Whenever any users try to connect They receive the error "The vault Server could not establish a connection to the database. Please check the server's log for detailed information. (FailDBConn)

Please help ASAP, i've seized development for the team. I also get an error when trying to uninstall the same one

Thanks to Linda from SourceGear the problem has been resolved. I deleted the sgvaultuser and re-created it.
