Possible to run Clients 5.1.x and 3.5.x on the same machine?

In addition to the 5.1.x server, I now also need to access a 3.5.3 server. When I tried to install the 3.5.3 client on a box with 5.1.x client installed, it gave me an option of either Repair or Remove.

Is is possible to have both 3.5.x and 5.1.x clients installed?

There's a workaround for this. Uninstall Vault 5.1 Client. Install Vault 3.5.x Client. Copy the contents of the Vault 3.5.x client to another directory.

Uninstall Vault 3.5.x client. Install Vault 5.1. You should be able to run Vault 3.5.x from the copied directory.

If you are using Visual Studio integration, you can use the Enhanced Client with Vault 5.1 and the Classic Client integration with Vault 3.5.3.

You may need to modify this registry key to point to the proper integration .dll:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SourceGear\Vault Client (64-bit)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SourceGear\Vault Client (32-bit)
