We're using the Sourcegear item tracking which was originally Dragnet and is now part of the Vault Professional product. Should we look at this Axosoft OnTime?
If it's really much better, then we would happily switch, but only if there's a reasonable way to import all of our data from the Fortress DB. Otherwise, there's no point even in evaluating the Axosoft product.
Axosoft seems to have import wizards, but can Fortress provide a dump of the data in the right format? Has anyone tried this? Could Sourcegear write up some kind of walk-through?

We don't currently have the ability to export work items from Fortress and put them into Axosoft. I've logged a feature request for this functionality.

Is there any news on this? We'd be interested in considering a switch, but would be unwilling to re-enter all our open items to a new system.

This item is currently not scheduled yet. We have some features ahead of it at the moment. It still will be considered for some future release.
