I am using Vault Standard 5.0.4.
Most of my projects work just fine. I have 1 project that, for some reason, shows as renegade in Vault OR VS2010, depending on where I do my Get Latest from.
If I do a get latest from Vault, Overwrite, User Current Date, it shows as normal in Vault, but renegade in VS2010.
If I do the same thing from VS2010, it shows fine is VS, but shows renegade in Vault.
Any ideas?

Are you logged in as the same user when you use VS 2010 and the Vault GUI Client?
If you do a Diff on the Renegade files, are there any differences?
What operating system is VS and Vault GUI Client installed on?

I am the only developer here, so yes, I am logged in as the same user.
No there are no differences in the files.
Vista.
I've even gone as far as deleting the folder on my PC and re-getting all files. Same thing.

Let's try this.
Delete the client-side cache, as it may be out of sync with the database. Close any open clients first.
Find the path
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Sourcegear\Vault_1 (Win 7)
or
C:\Documents and Settings\<userprofile>\Local Settings\Application Data\SourceGear\Vault_1
and delete or rename the entire Vault_1 folder.
Restart IIS with an "iisreset" command.
Back up your working folders, then do a fresh Open from Source Control for your project from Visual Studio and set a new working directory.
