SOS 3.5.3 server not able to run on Windows 2003 Server

Is there any documented report that SOS 3.5.3 server does not work on Windows 2003 Server?
Till we had the installation on WIN 2K server, it was fine but we are not able to make it work/ run on a Windows 2003 Server machine.

Yes, this is a known issue and has been fixed with SOS 4.0.
