Unable to connect to ***. No server was found at the specified URL. Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client. Web Exception: Unable to connect to the remote server.
I'm receiving the above error when attempting to connect to our Vault server from the Windows Vault Client. However, I'm able to access the vault web service, and also able to integrate with our Vault server via Visual Studio. I'm confused why the windows Vault client would fail when the Visual Studio enhanced client has no issues.

Re: Vault Client Connection Error
Are you entering just the server name into the Vault GUI client, or are you entering http://and some entire URL? In the Vault client, you only enter the server name, or the IP address, or a FQDN. If Vault is set up on a different port, you would had a colon and port number.
Do you use a proxy? IE has a setting where it can detect the proxy, but Vault can't do that. If you set it to use the system default, you would have to have a default entered somewhere. If you have a proxy, go to Vault's Tools - Options - Source Control and enter the proxy information.
