Upgrading from 3.1.2 to 3.1.9

Currently I have Vault version 3.1.2 , But I am facing issues while pulling the history for the files . History functionality fails if there are more than 1000 entries for that file.
In order to solve this issue I wanted to know if I can do a free upgrade to version 3.1.9 . Or do I need to pay any extra amount for this.

There is no upgrade fee to upgrade from 3.1.2 to 3.1.9. Your license will work in Vault 3.1.9.
