I'm new to Source Control. I used VSS about 3 yrs ago but everything was already setup for me. Now I need to setup some kind of source control for a new team.
I am going to install Vault on our Stagging server. What I would like to do is have a way that when I Check In some pages they will be pushed to the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\site directory on the same server that Vault is installed on. That way our Quality Control team can view the new pages on the stagging server.
Is this possible with a Shadow folder? Would I just make c:\inetpub\wwwroot\site my shadow folder? Is there any documentation on doing this?

Yes, Vault shadow folders would work for this.
For setup instructions, look in Vault Admin Help under ->Admin Tool->Repository Options->Configure Shadow Folders.
