shared and/or branched projects doing strange stuff.

I have shared a project using SourceOffSite. I then made sure that the working directory of the two projects are pointing to two different locations. i.e. I have two versions of the same project.

I branched the vs.net project and solution files.

If I open VS.Net, the working directory of both projects is reset to the location of the current project in vs.net.

why?

Version number of issue is 4.0.2

VS.NET often controls where working directories are set.

This KB article was written for Vault, but some of the tips may be helpful.
