Installer error 2753 trying to upgrade to 5.03

We are trying to upgrade our system from 4.14 to 5.03, however when we run the Server installer it comes up with an error 2753.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Have you tried uninstalling Vault 4.1.4, leaving the databases, then installing Vault 5.0.3? Do you have Administrative privileges when you run the installer?
