You could reduce your cache some by changing a few settings. Go to your Vault Tools - Options - Local Files - Cache location. Set it to limit the number of baseline files to 3. Then go to backup location and limit it to 3 also. You will have more network traffic, but less cache being used. You can adjust the numbers up and down until you get to what you feel comfortable with.
