Where do I offer feature suggestions?

I use Vault heavily at work, and have a few feature suggestions for making it more usable. The features are small, and generally don't introduce new functionality, just usability enhancements. Is there an official spot where these should be logged? Maybe this forum needs a sticky "Wish List" thread.
