Our new Vault installation does not work.

We have set up a new vault server because our old one had become corrupted. I have installed SQL server with no errors and Vault server also with not errors. At the end of the server install when setup tries to open an admin web page to enter security keys A security Exception error is displayed see attached screen dump.

Should we try to open a client session we also get an error.

Thgis is very critical for us as we need to use vault today.

That's not a familiar error.

What version of Vault are you using?

What OS are you installing on and what version of SQL Server are you using?

Send me a copy of the Vault Server installation log. It's called Vault_install.log and is in your user's temp directory on the server machine. Type %temp% in an address bar to find your temp directory. Send the log to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.

We dealt with this issue off-line. SharePoint was interfering with the Vault installation on the new machine.
