Vault 5.0.2.18753
We are using the method of Active Directory authentication with Vault and it works great but we are running into some confusion and I wanted to see if this is an issue or perhaps a feature request. Our policy is that passwords are changed every 90 days and since Vault does not use Single Sign On, yet (I've put my vote in for that feature!), we use Vault user Profiles to make it a bit more convienent for our users. However once the password change time comes up the profiles become invalid. Then our users first instinct is to use the Change Password option within Vault but this doesn't update the profile. So my quesiton is, should this be updating the profile and I've found a bug or if it doesn't could that feature be added?
Of course the Single Sign On feature would solve this issue as well so perhaps upping the priority on that instead of a new feature request here might be better! ;-b
Thanks,
J

Re: Question re Active Directory, Profiles and Change Password.
The profiles are stored in a client-side file, so would be a bit tricky for the server to update:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Sourcegear\Vault_1\Client\Profiles.
I've logged feature request 15287 for this functionality, though.
We already have feature request 11228 logged forthe single sign on; I'll add your vote.
