temporary profile error duing install

I am trying to install Vault 4.1.4 on a test server. I am getting the following error during the install process:

"CreateDatabase Error2: The profile for the user is a temporary profile.

Vault Setup is exiting due to a failure or cancellation. Error Code = 402
The profile for the user is a temporary profile.

Vault Setup is exiting due to a failure or cancellation. Error Code = 402ExitCode on exit: 402

I have attached the install log.

I know there was some issue with the ntuser.man during my last live upgrade, but I don't recall exactly what...

Are you logged in as the machine Admin when you're installing?
