recent checkins email options

Hello,

Is it possible to setup an email that goes out once a week to a list of people for recent checkins? I noticed on the web client there is a link for recent checkins for the entire repository for the past 7 days. Is there a way to have that information emailed out each week?
I think having an email sent each time that a change occurs through the Email tab may be a little overwhelming and I would like to know if any other options exist.
