Fortress(Vault) <--> Dreamweaver CS4 Integration Issues

Hello all,
I am trying to figure out how to connect Vault Source Control to Dreamweaver CS4.
I have read the following two posts:

Using the second post as an example, I tried to test my connection but I get the following error:
"An HTTP Error occured. Dreamweaver cannot make a connection to host.
Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem."

I am guessing that I don't have the right url? But then again there isn't really anywhere (that I've noticed) in the documentation where the URL for repositories is specified. I tried going to our fortress site, clicking on SourceCode Control, choosing the correct repository, and then copying and pasting the URL into the URL field under the WebDAV drop down list.

The URL that I tried using looks like: http://[remote-site-url]/VaultService/VaultWeb/Default.aspx?repid=6&path=$/

What will I have to do in order to get this working?

What version of Vault are you using?

What operating system is Vault Server installed on?

Ah sorry! I thought that I added that at the end of the post.. guess not :/

Its Version 2.0.2.18753 and its installed on Windows Server 2008 running IIS 7 / SQL Server 2008.

Send me screen shots of your settings in CS4 under Manager Sites-><your site>Local Info and Remote Info. Also give me the URL you're using in the Remote Info since it will be truncated in the screenshot. Email support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.
