Unable to connect to server

I have my server set to a port other than 80. The GUI vault client is configured to use it and can connect, but the client in Visual Studio 2008 doesn't seem to know about the port number. It's just using the URL without it.

Is there something I need to change to make it port aware?

I'm using version 5.0.2

There's a URL for the server in the solution and project files -- if you're using the Enhanced Client, you may be able to add the port number there.
