We had a user do a check out operation on an entire folder by mistake. The folder is enormous in both number of individual files and the size of those files. As a result of this, his Vault client froze and he killed it with Task Manager.
Now, when he opens his client, he doesn't even see the folder in question.
When I go to the admin web site to try to undo checkout, there is a huge list of items, followed by a huge area of whitespace, but there is no button like there normally is to actually perform the undo checkout on the selected files.
How do we get out of this? Thanks.

Re: Need help undoing checkout
The first thing to try is to have the user try logging into another machine and see if that user can undo the check-outs.
Can you post a screenshot of what it looks like where the button is supposed to be for the undo check outs? What if you try a browser right on the Vault server. Can you get an undo checkout button there?

He was able to solve the problem by deleting his client-side cache. After that, he could see the folder again and successfully undid his checkout of it. So, I don't have a screen shot of the vault admin web page.
