Admin Web Interface timing out

Is there a setting I can change to increase the timeout period for the Admin pages?
I am having an issue right now with Folder Security, when I set the permissions for a user and select Update it will just sit for several minutes and then error saying it Timed Out. If I browse back to the same Folder and the changes I made have been applied so it isn't a database timeout but rather a timeout from the browser to IIS. Nothing is shown in the Vault logs, I have it set Debug output.

This is for a large repository btw with a large tree as well.

What version of IIS are you using?

This is IIS 6 on a Windows 2003 64bit Server.

btw, it only timesout on Folders that have medium to a lot of child folders/files. On small folders in the same repository and same main branch it works quickly.

We have a document that shows suggested settings for IIS. You can compare your settings with these and adjust accordingly. I can send it to you.
