running Vault on Mysql

We would like to install vault to provide our source control. The machine we would like to use currently runs Mysql for a wiki, is it possible to run Vault on mysql? If not then what is the recommended setup? Can you run MS SQL and mysql on the same machine?

The Vault database can only be stored in Microsoft SQL Server. We support the Microsoft SQL Server Express editions, both 2005 and 2008. These are free and can be used with databases up to 4 GB in size.
