Moving from 4.1.2 on one server to 5 on a new server?

I am currently using Vault 4.1.2 on one server. I need to move the Vault to a new server that contains the latest version of Vault (5.x). The two servers cannot see each other. What is the best way to do this? Backup on 4.1.2 and then do a restore to 5.x?

A better way to do this is to first have the databases in place on the new SQL Server machine, then install Vault 5.x. So you may want to uninstall Vault 5.x, restore or attach the 4.1.2 databases, then run the Vault 5.0 installer. Make sure you have a good backup before you do this.
