Opening project after import

Post by phillip » Fri Jul 23, 2004 4:11 pm

Hello,
I'm new to Vault and just imported two .Net projects from VSS to Vault. I was about to open the projects from Vault and the dialog box asked for a directory to put the project files. I was thinking that I could use the same location (local destination in this case) that I was using in VSS. It still has the old VSS files in it. Does anyone know if this is a bad idea? If it isn't, do I need to delete the old VSS files?

You can use the same path, but you should rename or delete the old directory first. It's best if you start out with a clean working folder.
