I'm having a bit of problems with the FogBugz integration.
It seems to me that there is a problem when I checkin a list of files and one of the files is a new one, then no information is attached to the bug entry I specify in the advanced drop down.
I use Visual Studio .NET 2003, SourceGear 2.0.3, and FogBugz 3.1.9.
If I check out one file, modify it slightly and then check it back in attaching a bug number to it, FogBugz gets the correct information.
However, if I do the same but this time create a new file which is also checked in at the same time, the bug entry does not get anything, not even the information about the file I just modified.
Can someone give me a tip about what to check ?

Thanks for the report.
We have been able to reproduce this behavoir with the IDE client and have logged a bug accordingly.
This only happens in the IDE client though. If you do a checkin with added and modified files in the GUI client, FogBugz does get updated with both changes.
